But at our core, we’re here to reset nervous systems, reconnect people to their bodies, and restore touch to its rightful place as a sacred, skilled act of care. We believe in the power of ongoing therapeutic relationships—where trust, presence, and consistency create the conditions for real healing to unfold.

We’re looking for exceptional therapists to join us—someone who’s mastered their craft, values presence over pretense, and wants to be part of elevating the experience of both giving and receiving massage in a studio that honors it.

• You’ve worked in both clinical and luxury settings, and you know how to blend precision with soul.
• You’re emotionally mature, energetically grounded, and able to hold deep space without overextending yourself.

✨ What We Offer ✨

• Sessions are 60 or 90 minutes, with 15 minutes between clients
• Percentage-based pay, structured to reflect your experience and your ability to consistently deliver high-quality, client-centered sessions
• Earn $50–$75 per 60-minute session, with tips averaging $20–$24, bringing total compensation to $70–$99+
• Earn $65–$90 per 90-minute session, with tips averaging $30, bringing total compensation to $95–$123+
• Minimum 8 days/month, with flexibility within our available studio days—and space to expand if it’s a great fit
• A radiant, high-end studio—natural light, vibroacoustic tables, cork floors, rainbows, crystals, and flowers
• An aligned, loyal client base who values depth, presence, and touch that changes lives
• A studio committed to evolving what it means to thrive as a massage therapist
