About Clarity

Clarity has been helping people feel better living in and about their bodies since she first became a massage therapist in 1998. 

A dedicated practitioner of medical massage Clarity has worked with hospitals, chiropractors, and injury rehab clinics. She has been the massage therapist for athletes from every major US sport, Olympic Gold Medalists, X-games Gold Medalists, celebrities, and politicians.

She developed programming for The St. Regis Aspen (Travel and Leisure’s #1 spa in the world), was the Studio Director for Aspen's top-ranked yoga studio, and pioneered programs allowing Aspen locals to readily access the healing arts. 

She has been a massage therapist and yoga instructor at heliski lodges, Waldorf Astoria resorts, St. Regis resorts, taught at massage schools and yoga teacher trainings, and worked with many chiropractors, physical therapists, and sports trainers along the way.

Clarity's career expanded in extraordinary ways when she was recruited to help produce a conference called Future Frontiers. The success of Future Frontiers and the values of optimistic futurism inspired Clarity to pursue her mission of advancing individual, community, and global health through large scale event production and helping entrepreneurs succeed. For the next few years Clarity assisted in producing a conference for MAPS(Multidisciplinary Association of Psychedelic Studies), worked for Techstars, and even spent a bit of time as Chief of Staff for an AI start up (the pandemic did unexpected things with us, didn't it?). Through this journey Clarity gained understanding and conviction in the power of technology as a tool for health and vitality and a desire to merge these healing technologies with traditional healing arts therapies.

About Jarreau

A massage therapist since 2008 Jarreau has developed  a rare blend of technical mastery, intuitive presence, and whole-person care that he brings to every session. His work is fluid, precise, and deeply attuned—guided by a lifelong curiosity about the body and a finely tuned sense of listening. His steady, flowing touch opens the body gently, revealing areas of deep tension and inviting lasting release.

Jarreau has worked in both luxury spas and performance-based recovery settings as well as teaching at massage therapy schools, sharing his expertise and passion for the craft with the next generation of therapists. 

His background includes specialties in Russian Medical Massage, Prenatal & Postpartum, Somatic Reprogramming, with a deep foundation in chronic pain, injury rehabilitation, and nervous system recalibration. He is a lifelong student of martial arts and employs his deep knowledge of body mechanics and energetic flow through his hands-on healing work.

A passionate polymath, Jarreau is an accomplished martial artist, musician, innovator, and inventor. His musicality brings a refined sense of rhythm, resonance, and creative expression into both his work and his life. He has also been developing and working with wellness technology since 2009, integrating innovation into hands-on healing. 

An experienced herbalist and father, Jarreau’s care is rooted in a deep connection to nature and a commitment to listening—through touch, through presence, and through real-time awareness. Each session begins with a moment of synchronized breath, inviting the body to settle before deeper work begins. From there, he adapts with clarity and care—meeting the body where it is and guiding it where it’s ready to go.
